Diana E. Stanley-Clemons is no stranger to the Kansas City metropolitan community when it comes to organizing, planning and implementing a variety of programs in the Greater Kansas City area. For over 15 years, she has been known as a leader in the community, as an entrepreneur, program coordinator/events consultant, certified abstinence facilitator, motivational speaker, public relations coordinator, and visionary.

Diana Clemons, founded Future Leaders Outreach Network in 1996 as a faith-based organization under the umbrella of Kingsway’s International Ministries that implements community initiative programs primarily for adolescents and their associative relationships (e.g., parents, siblings, teachers, faith based youth leaders and healthcare professionals). Program activities are implemented in the school, community based organizations and faith based organizations.

Ms. Clemons researched a need to implement the Pursue Your Dreams - Part of The I Can W.A.I.T. Project for the target population of boys and girls ages 12-18 who will be taught character based abstinence curriculum education. The schools districts in Kansas City Kansas (Wyandotte County) and Kansas City MO (Jackson County).

Ms. Clemons has developed a reputation for implementing unique and much needed programs that bring about hope and change for individuals that is always executed with humility, passion, enthusiasm and an unwaveringMs. Clemons distributing free program materials to youth and families! standard of excellence.

Her tireless and endless efforts to bring the community together have been successful as a result of family, friends, collaborative partners, C.A.R.E. Willing Workers, who are project volunteers and Community Sponsoring Partners.

To date approximately 275,000 people have attended the “Life Changing Leadership and Abstinence assemblies, small group workshops, student and community rallies, which all leads up to the Annual Abstinence and Leadership Summit. Of the 275,000, aapproximately 256,000 were pre-teens and teens, while 19,000 were parents, young adults and other adults who gained knowledge from the various programs.
