What is it? Well, it is a double CD compilation that promotes character based abstinence education and self sufficiency through the music, spoken words, an abstinence skit, and motivational excerpts from speakers at public school assemblies. Why? Because it is specified in Element H of Section 510 of the Social Security Act, that community based abstinence education projects should teach adolescents the importance of attaining self-sufficiency before engaging in sexual behavior.
